Probably most of us have heard the saying: "You are what you eat". However, today's food is empty and does not provide us with proper nourishment. We hear more and more reports about food's systematically dropping nutritional value. The solution are Superfoods – the real superheroes among foods. Those unprocessed, completely natural and low-calorie products are bestowed with unique powers.

Superfoods are natural food products standing out with their great nutrient density, which means that a tiny volume contains a significant amount of valuable nutrients: vitamins, mineral, macro- and microelements and antioxidants.
